Our club has a large number of teams which cater for most ages and varying levels of ability. We have strong connections with Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Over the years, a number of Barnsley CC players have been selected to play for Yorkshire and England.
Ours is a beautiful ground with excellent facilities, situated just outside the town centre. We are always pleased to welcome new supporters and members. Please come along.

As laid down in the constitution Barnsley Cricket Club has to give members a minimum of 21 days notice of the holding of the Annual General Meeting.
The meeting will be held at Shaw Lane on Wednesday 18 February 2015 at 7.30pm.
All officers and members of the committee will become eligible for re- election. Anyone wishing to stand for election as a Member of the Committee or the Secretary’s position shall be a member over the age of 18 years and be nominated and seconded in writing to the Secretary 7 days prior to the meeting. No nominations will be accepted from the floor.
Notice of any amendment or proposed alteration to Rules, together with the name of the Proposer and Seconder of such an amendment, or alteration shall be given in writing, to the Secretary at least seven days before the date of the General meeting, at which such an amendment or alteration is to be brought forward
The Members, at a General Meeting shall have the power to rescind or vary any Rule, regulation or custom, of the Club and to substitute others in their place provided 7 days notice is given to the Secretary.
Notice of any other business should be given, in writing, to the secretary at least 7 days before the date of the General meeting.
